Processing & Shipping
Once your payment is cleared, we begin our shipping + fulfillment process.
Orders are normally processed and shipped within 2-4 business days (excluding wig orders) from the time you placed your order and the payment has been fully processed.
During sales (Holiday, Back To School, Tax Sale, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Flash Sale), the processing times are a little extended due to the extreme number of orders that we receive daily. But, no worries, all packages are ALWAYS sent out in under 21 business days. Please contact us if you have not received a tracking number AFTER the allotted days.
We do not offer same day pickup/ delivery during sales unless discussed otherwise.

After placing order:
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and once your package has processed and ships off a tracking number will automatically be provided via email or text message.
• Please allow 24-48 business hours for a response once customer service has been contacted.

Champagne Tresses is NOT responsible for lost packages or late delivery by any mail courier.
We do not cancel or offer refunds on orders after the order has been placed. Please wait until after you receive your package to schedule your hair appointment. After the order has been placed we begin our fulfillment process.
We do not except exchanges after order is placed/ shipped due to the current health pandemic and if it is due to no fault of Champagne Tresses. And if any items are to be returned they must be returned in the exact state that they were sent. No alterations whatsoever. After payment has cleared, we begin the processing, handling + shipping your order.
Chargebacks + Disputes:
We have a 0% tolerance policy for Chargebacks and Disputes. If you do a chargeback or dispute with your bank after you’ve placed your order, a federal police report in your county will be filed with all of your information + address, then you will be contacted further by our legal team and heads up, fraud is a felony. So please don't do it.
We log IP strings on all orders - any orders coming back as a chargeback will be diligently pursued through your local jurisdiction for prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. If you have been a victim of a fraudulent charge, please cancel your credit card and fax a copy of your filed police report.
The 'Champagne Tresses' brand (d.b.a. www.champagnetresses.com) considers credit card charge backs to be fraud. All frivolous chargebacks not only cost our employees time away from our usual and customary matters of conducting normal business, but cost us money. The customer must attempt to return any and all merchandise before attempting a chargeback. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Customers who file chargeback’s will not be able to make future purchases.
FRAUDULENT CHARGEBACK POLICY:
The 'Champagne Tresses, LLC' brands does not tolerate credit card fraud. No expense will be spared and all fraud, without exception, will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
If you place a chargeback with your credit card company (on purpose or by mistake) for any order that you placed and received, there will be a $75.00 research fee charged to your account upon receiving the chargeback by our merchant provider to cover our investigative expenses to prove that you did make the purchase. In addition, we will pursue civil legal action seeking any loss of income related to the fraud, including business, legal fees, research costs, employee down time and loss of revenues. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
By entering your phone number in the checkout and initializing a purchase, subscribing via our subscription form or a keyword, you agree that we may send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and text marketing offers. Text marketing messages will not exceed 20 a month. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition for any purchase.
